Team Party @ Residency Tower, Chennai (29th June '10)

It was team party time and specially when big shots from on-site are around you just don't have to worry about anything. Just chill, relax and Enjoy !!!

Naveen our own Sr Architech from onsite is in India for few days and thrown a grand gala party at Hotel Residency...


Though we have four options to select from the inhouse Resturants at Residency we selected the one called as "Main Street"- A bustling round the clock restaurant serving ala-carte & sumptuous buffets…. and dinner.






Reason being...
  1. interiors - pedestrian crossing, Victorian street lights
  2. serve Oriental & Indian delicacies
  3. interactive kitchen
  4. they arrange for big screen sporting football matches
  5. they serve till 3 am... (i planned to watch the complete Spain Portugal match and then only start however some people deferred from the idea :)
We opted for Buffet >>>


We waited in lobby for around 1/2 an hour to get the place for 11 people.

One month of Marriage and Wedding Snaps

It gives me immense pleasure to announce that we have completed one long month of marriage. The Wedding ceremony went well. Followed by 10 days of pilgrimage (Tirupati) + honeymoon(Kodaikanal) tour to Southern part of India. Which was followed by 5 day stay at hometown where we were shuttling between the relative’s places and constantly working in following three shifts either for : Breakfast Lunch or Dinner Some family friends have booked our slots even before the beginning of wedding ceremony events. That is a different fact that I (i mean we) have successfully managed stay at my in laws, a movie and visit to couple of wedding ceremonies as well. All in all it was very hectic and I have gained almost 5 kgs in all the above process:D Indian Wedding ceremony don’t get finish after the wedding day but they lasts for the entire year. I got this (not so) happy realization when my parents and in-laws told me that for every big festival we will have to visit both the homes positively
